Scope of Project:
This project included the expansion of the existing emergency department for the Evergreen Healthcare campus as well as the addition of a new eight story patient facility tower. The emergency department is 50,000 square feet with patient waiting areas and includes 42 exam rooms with additional space for expansion. The eight story patient facility tower is 200,000 square feet; consisting of patient room, administration areas, and patient/visitor waiting areas.

Nathaniel Mostajo, while a partner at Wilson Jones Consulting, LLC, provided Commissioning Authority services for this project working for the owner, Evergreen Hospital. Nathaniel Mostajo provided submittal review, commissioning installation audits, startup oversight, writing and execution of the functional performance tests, O&M documentation review, and Owner training oversight.
